Terms of Service

General Terms

- Response time can be affected by different time zones. I work in GMT+1 (Germany) Please keep that in mind when contacting me.- If my commission slots (3) are full, you will be automatically assigned to the Waiting List.- The commissioned artworks and graphics are for personal use only (emotes, badges, icons, phone backgrounds, wallpaper, printables to gift or self use, twitch/ youtube theme, discord stickers)- You can purchase a commercial license after the fact.
- Or even Commission a commercial work right away.- If you need the commission to be done by a specific date, the deadline date will be agreed in advance.Contact me through DM (on the platforms directly), Discord or Email.

Services - Process

A) sure what you want?
1. - Commission me through Ko-Fi pre-arranged commission slots.continue @ B2B) not sure or having questions?
1. - Write me on Ko-Fi or DM me on Discord.
After all inquires are cleared and I excepted your commission there will be a custom commission slot opened on Ko-Fi.2. - You will be given a/the sketch/es for determining which version you would like. During this time there are up to 3 revisions/ adding objects.3. - After the sketch is agreed on, I will continue onto the lineart and coloring phase. In this phase, there are 2 chances to request minor revisions.
Acceptable revisions: Changing colors.4. - After finishing the file/s will be sent.Breakdown: Order > Payment (full) > Sketch > Version decision/ Revisions > LineArt/ Coloring > Feedback/ small Revisions > Finishing > SendIf I don't receive any answer by 48 hours, I will continue to work based on what the client has written beforehand.

extra Revisions?

- If you need any more revisions exceeding the limit, they will be charged +25% of total price.
- And they need to be payed bevor I send the final files.

Delivery

- The Duration is depending on complexity, my schedule, my health, or private issues. (Will be informed!) Commissions may take two (2) weeks or more. You can check my availability on my commission queue.You will get:
- File:
a) .png with 72 ppi and transparent background
b) .png with 300 dpi and transparent background (commercial)
c) .jpeg with 300 dpi for printables
d) a mix of the above
(depending on the request)- Everything will be sent via the chosen main communication.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Once I started working on the commission after the payment is received, the client is not allowed a refund.- During Process B:
If I don't hear from you within 72 hours, I will consider the request canceled and I'll be giving the slot to another commissioner.
If you haven't heard from me, please contact me by DM on Discord.

Copyright / Usage Policy

I, Thes LiyuMao (the artist):- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. I will not claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms.- I reserve the rights to show the commissioned artwork in my online portfolio, social media, as well as in printed publications.
- It is possible for the client to request to keep the commissioned artwork private and unpublished on my end. (will cost more)The Client / Commissioner:
- You may use the copyrighted artworks for personal use (as stated in General terms) unless stated otherwise. / Restricted commercial use for streaming on Twitch/ Youtube.- If you use your commission on Twitch/ YouTube, credit on your panels/ video description is required.

b) or use the implemented credit to artist on twitch.- It is not allowed to sell, redraw, edit, modify, distribute, make merchandise or use my work for commercial use.
- Licenses can be arranged if needed/ wanted.- The commissioner has no right to mint an NFT of their commission.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

- Making profits off the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, selling merchandise, selling prints, etc) UNLESS having purchased the Commercial Rights/ License to the artwork.- Claiming the artwork as your own as is or Altering the artwork without my consent. (by redrawing, editing, modifying, etc.)For further information/ questions, please DM/ Email me!

Payment

- Currency and Payment: EUR through Ko-Fi (PayPal)- Commissions will be paid 100% upfront.- The payment ideally should be made after I have confirmed your order’s price and the custom slot has been opened for you.
The Commission-Slot will be given AFTER the payment is made, not after I confirmed the price and order.- Making the payment is assumed that the Client agrees with the terms.
